Terms & Conditions

Please read our Terms & Conditions below: 

BOOKINGS 

Once your booking is made we will confirm by mail and request you to provide your location pin which we will keep for the delivery date. All deliveries will be accompanied by a check sheet detailing the items being hired and their condition. This check sheet will require our and your signature to confirm that you have received what was ordered.

Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the booking date without penalty. After this time we will charge a one day hire in compensation for late cancellation. On collection the same check sheet will be finally completed and signed by both parties. This is to protect both parties.  


HIRE PERIOD EXTENSION 

If you would like to keep the trainer/bike box for a longer period, drop us an email within the first 3 days of your hire period advising how much longer you would like to keep it. We will check availability and advise you.​

HIRE PERIOD EARLY CANCELLATION:

We do not offer refunds on smart trainers which are returned early. 

​VAT CHARGES

All our website pricing includes 5% VAT if and when applicable.

 PAYMENTS

We accept payment by mepay(ENBD), visa, mastercard, apple pay, Mada card. Payment links can be sent via Whatsapp, Instagram or QR code can be shared at point of sale. 


PENALTIES / FINES

The following points outline possible fines that could be charged to your card. We will contact you in the first instance.

1 – Damage: It is your responsibility to ensure that your own household or work insurance and or travel insurance covers the equipment against all damage whilst in your possession. We ask that customers take due care when using & handling the smart trainer / bike box. As the customer you are responsible for the security and safe keeping of the smart trainer / bike box for the duration of the hire period. Minor scratches can happen, which is part of wear and tear however any results in hardware damage that needs repair means you may incur further costs depending on the condition.

2- Loss and theft: If you have lost the smart trainer / bike box or it has been stolen in your possession and you are unable to return it, we will charge you the full retail purchase price unless you can find an equivalent smart trainer / bike box as a replacement. This charge will be taken from the original card provided.

PERSONAL OR BICYCLE DAMAGE

We do not accept any responsibility for harm to you or damage to your bicycle as a result of using one of our smart trainers / bike boxes. We do recommend that before you start your training session you check the connection between the bicycle and the trainer to ensure it is secure. We do recommend that before you start your journey with our bike box you ensure that travel insurance is in place. We do not cover damage to your bicycle during the hire period. If you have any medical conditions or are feeling unwell you should take medical advice before using our smart trainer. On the smart trainer you should ride within your limits and not over extend yourself which would otherwise put you at risk of falling and/or injury.   

EQUIPMENT

We ask that you do not interfere with the smart trainer / bike box such as taking off stickers, changing/modifying parts. If the smart trainer is not working, then please get in touch with us and we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
